At Zypral Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

❌ What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@zypralstore.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zypralstore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video of the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
