We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Zypral Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zypralstore.com.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

7. Warranty

All Zypral Store products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
